  WESTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT.

* AT 232 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...AN AREA OF
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WHICH IS MOVING SLOWLY THROUGH THE REGION.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY EXCEED 3 TO 4 INCHES FROM THESE STORMS.
