* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 327 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES WEST OF GRAHAM...MOVING    
  SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. ALONG WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF A               
  TORNADO..EXTREMELY LARGE HAIL WILL ALSO BE LIKELY.
