* UNTIL 645 PM CDT

* AT 553 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM   
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE 
STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTH OF PERRY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 
MPH.
