ORANGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK * UNTIL 1145 AM EDT * AT 844 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR GOSHEN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR... MONTGOMERY AROUND 910 AM WALDEN AROUND 920 AM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF GARDNERTOWN AROUND 930 AM SOME OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE CHESTER...FLORIDA... GREENWOOD LAKE AND PINE ISLAND.
