THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 515 AM CDT

* AT 206 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER  
  OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF THE 
  COUNTY, INCLUDING WINCHESTER. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  25 MPH, ALTHOUGH A TRAIN OF ECHOES EXTENDED UPSTREAM INTO          
  NORTHERN ALABAMA WHICH WILL BRING ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL TO     
  FRANKLIN COUNTY.

* SOME TOWNS IN THE WARNED AREA INCLUDE WINCHESTER, DECHERD, ESTILL  
  SPRINGS, ROWE GAP, AND HUNTLAND.

FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT. YOU SHOULD NEVER ATTEMPT TO DRIVE YOUR 
CAR ACROSS A WATER COVERED ROADWAY, AS MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
