STILL, RUNOFF FROM THE EARLIER WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL MAY STILL
PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING, ESPECIALLY ALONG CREEKS, STREAMS, AND IN LOW
LYING AREAS. REMEMBER THAT FLOODING IS THE NUMBER ONE WEATHER KILLER
IN THE UNITED STATES, AND MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
