  AMOUNTS SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING HAVE TOTALED BETWEEN ONE AND TWO
  INCHES AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE THIS EVENING.
  RUNOFF FROM THE ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING 
  ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AND PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS. 

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
BRIDGES, DIPS, OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD. TO
ESCAPE RISING WATER, MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
