* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PICKETT COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BYRDSTOWN

* UNTIL 700 AM CDT

* AT 403 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAINFALL MOVING INTO PICKETT COUNTY. RADAR ALSO ESTIMATES THAT AS  
  MUCH AS 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN SOME PARTS OF THE   
  COUNTY DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS.
