THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HUMPHREYS COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WAVERLY

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 200 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF  
  HEAVY SHOWERS MOVING INTO HUMPHREYS COUNTY. RADAR ALSO ESTIMATES   
  THAT SOME PLACES IN THE WARNED AREA HAVE RECEIVED UPWARDS OF 2 
  INCHES OF RAINFALL THE PAST 3 HOURS.

SOME FLOODING IS THEREFORE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT, ESPECIALLY IN LOW 
LYING AREAS, ALONG CREEKS, STREAMS, AND DRAINAGE DITCHES, AND IN 
URBAN AREAS. PLEASE REMEMBER TO AVOID CROSSING WATER COVERED
