* AT 1254 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH A POSSIBLE
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 3 MILES
  SOUTH OF TENNANT...OR ABOUT 37 MILES NORTHEAST OF OMAHA...MOVING
  EAST AT 40 MPH.
