NORTHERN ANTELOPE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 932 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED OVER ORCHARD...OR ABOUT 23 MILES EAST OF ONEILL...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
