THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BURT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 930 AM CDT

* AT 319 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT VERY 
  HEAVY RAIN HAD MOVED BACK INTO BURT COUNTY.  RAINFALL ESTIMATES
  SHOWED THAT TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER MUCH OF
  BURT COUNTY FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH 320 AM CDT THIS MORNING.
  AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE WITH MORE
  STORMS THIS MORNING.  

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...
  THE UPPER REACHES OF BELL CREEK
  LITTLE LOGAN CREEK
  OTHER SMALL TRIBUTARIES OF LOGAN CREEK

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY AND
