THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  BLUE EARTH COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 320 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAD
  STRENGTHENED AGAIN.  THE SEVERE STORM HAD LARGE HAIL AND WAS
  2 MILES NORTHEAST OF MANKATO. THE STORM WAS DRIFTING NORTH AT
  5 MPH.
