* AT 141 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE
  HAIL 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF NEW ULM. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5
  MPH...AND OTHER STORMS WERE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP AROUND NEW ULM.
