* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TODD COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  DOUGLAS COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 533 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY      
  RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.  THIS AREA HAS RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS
  LAST NIGHT AND AGAIN EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON.  

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN     
  THE WARNED AREA.  THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CAUSE
  FLOODING THIS EVENING.
  
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
