* AT 407 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.
