* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
DUPLIN COUNTY IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA
LENOIR COUNTY IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA
GREENE COUNTY IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA
PITT COUNTY IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA

* AT 1110 PM EDT...MOST OF THE RAIN HAS ENDED ACROSS THE WARNED
AREA...HOWEVER RADAR INDICATES MANY PLACES HAVE RECEIVED OVER 5
INCHES OF RAIN. SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE SERIOUS
FLOODING. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED MANY ROADS FLOODED AND SOME
