THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT

* AT 741 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHEAST MIAMI DADE...
  MAINLY IN AREAS AROUND CAROL CITY EASTWARD TO ADVENTURA.
  DOPPLER RAIN ESTIMATES SHOW WIDESPREAD RAIN TOTALS
  OF 4 TO 6 INCHES ACROSS THAT AREA OVER THE PAST HOUR OR SO
  WITH ISOLATED RAIN ESTIMATES AS HIGH AS 8 TO 10 INCHES.
  THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING ON ROADWAYS AND EVEN HOMES IN
  POORLY DRAINED AREAS. THEREFORE...THE URBAN FLOOD ADVISORY IS
  HEREBY UPGRADED TO A FLASH FLOOD WARNING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE RAPID FLOODING
