* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANDREWS COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 726 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING SOUTHEAST OF ANDREWS...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHWEST   
  OF MIDLAND...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  ANDREWS...THE INTERSECTION OF SH 115 AND FM 181 AND                
  FM 1788.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.

FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN OBSERVED 10 MILES NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION
