* AT 238 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING 5 MILES NORTH OF MCDONALD OBSERVATORY...OR ABOUT 
  11 MILES NORTHWEST OF FORT DAVIS...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH. HIGHWAY 17
  AND FM 1832 MAY BE AFFECTED BY RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM AS WATER DRAINS 
  DOWN MADERA CANYON AND AGUJA DRAW.
