  WAS OCCURRING WITH STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM 11 MILES    
  NORTHWEST OF ODESSA TO 2 MILES NORTH OF MIDLAND...MOVING SOUTH AT  
  15 MPH.

   UNTIL 1215 AM CDT...

AT 948 PM CDT...A STORM SPOTTER REPORTED EXTREME FLOODING AT OAKWOOD 
AND PARKWAY IN ODESSA. 

AT 951 PM CDT...STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED FLOODING AT THE INTERSECTION 
OF ANDREWS HIGHWAY AND GARFIELD STREET IN MIDLAND. POWER WAS OUT IN 
THIS AREA AND LAW ENFORCEMENT WAS DIRECTING TRAFFIC.  

AT 1005 PM CDT...STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED WATER COVERING THE SERVICE 
ROADS ALONG HIGHWAY 80 AT THE MIDLAND AND ECTOR COUNTY LINE.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.
