FLOODING IN ECTOR COUNTY. AT 707 PM...FLOODING WAS REPORTED AT 14TH 
AND WHITAKER STREETS IN ODESSA...FLOODING 8 APARTMENTS. IN 
ADDITION...FLOODING WAS ALSO REPORTED AT 8TH AND DIXIE STREETS. 
ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS COME TO AN END...FLOODING OF LOW 
LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL CONTINUE.
