SWISHER COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS * UNTIL 1230 AM CDT * AT 933 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF SWISHER COUNTY. THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 5 INCHES. * LOCATIONS IN AND NEAR THE WARNING INCLUDE: HAPPY... CLAYTONVILLE... HAPPY... TULIA...
