  EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 644 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION NEAR MOSELLE. THE STORM
  WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING
  TORNADOES AND MAY PRODUCE ADDITIONAL TORNADOES AT ANY TIME
