* AT 549 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  GERALD. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. AROUND 545 PM
  CDT...THERE WAS AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT A TORNADO NEAR MOUNT
  STERLING.
