* AT 816 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF ST. LOUIS...MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS...AND HAS DOWNED
