  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF CALLAWAY...OR ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTHWEST
  OF BROKEN BOW...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
