  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GANDY...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST
  OF ARNOLD...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
