THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON KY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HARLAN COUNTY

* UNTIL 1145 AM EST

RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 1 AND 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN 
OVER PORTIONS OF HARLAN COUNTY OVER THE LAST 3 HOURS. ANOTHER HALF 
TO ONE INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
