* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CATAHOULA PARISH IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 1255 PM CST

* AT 957 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN 
CATAHOULA PARISH. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE NORTH AT AROUND 30 MPH. 
PORTIONS OF THE PARISH HAVE RECEIVED OVER TWO TO THREE INCHES OF 
RAIN OVERNIGHT. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL RAPIDLY RUNOFF AND 
MAY LEAD TO FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS.

MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
