THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VIGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF TERRE HAUTE

* UNTIL 115 PM EST

* AT 1144 AM EST...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD IN TERRE        
  HAUTE.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  NORTH TERRE HAUTE AT 1155 AM EST

RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ACROSS 
VIGO COUNTY IN THE PAST HOUR. THIS IS EXCESSIVE AND WILL RESULT IN
