THREAT TO THESE COUNTIES. THE GREATEST DANGER IS IN BOONE
COUNTY. AROUND MIDNIGHT...RADAR ESTIMATED RAIN WAS FALLING AT A
RATE OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR THERE.

RAIN OVER SHOULD END DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. HOWEVER...BE
