* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLINTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FRANKFORT
  CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 615 AM EST

* AT 218 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
  HEAVY RAIN OVER CARROLL AND CLINTON COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 
  OVER AN INCH OF RAIN FELL IN PARTS OF CARROLL COUNTY BETWEEN 115 
  AM AND 215 AM. THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON SATURATED GROUND.

WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATED THAT AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD
FALLEN IN PARTS OF CARROLL COUNTY SINCE 200 AM WHILE AROUND 1 INCH
WAS ESTIMATED IN PARTS OF CLINTON COUNTY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTIES INTO THE MORNING.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE
