  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FRANKFORT
  HOWARD COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF KOKOMO
  TIPTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA

MADISON...RANDOLPH...AND TIPTON COUNTIES CONTINUES UNTIL 1215 PM...

THUNDERSTORMS HAD ENDED IN THE WARNING AREA...BUT FLOODING
WILL CONTINUE DUE TO THE 4 TO 9 INCHES OF RAIN THAT FELL
OVER THE WARNING AREA LAST NIGHT AND EARLIER THIS MORNING.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE
INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY OR PAST POLICE BARRICADES.
RAPIDLY RISING WATER CAN ENGULF A VEHICLE AND ITS OCCUPANTS AND SWEEP
THEM AWAY.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS IN THE WATER...ABANDON IT
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND.
