THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 300 AM EST

* AT 138 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY    
  HEAVY RAIN OVER FLORA...OR ABOUT 13 MILES SOUTH OF LOGANSPORT.
  NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO TRAIN ACROSS THE
  COUNTY OVERNIGHT. DOPPLER RADAR WAS ESTIMATING UP TO 4 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF THE COUNTY SINCE LAST
  EVENING. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO SEE FLOOD
