THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DECATUR COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 1100 AM EST

* AT 742 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR GREENSBURG. THE 
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING AND NEAR STATIONARY. NATIONAL 
  WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AS MUCH AS 2 INCHES OF 
  RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT.

DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOWING WATER. IF IT IS TWO FEET DEEP...IT CAN
CARRY MOST VEHICLES AWAY. VEHICLES WITH LARGER TIRES...SUCH AS
SUVS...ARE MORE BUOYANT AND AT GREATER RISK.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. IF YOU ARE THREATENED BY RISING FLOOD WATERS MOVE TO HIGHER

1100 AM EST...

HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUED OVER DECATUR COUNTY AT 910 AM EST. THE
HEAVIEST RAIN HAD MOVED INTO THE WESTERN PART OF DECATUR COUNTY...
NEAR BURNEY. THE HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY WEST.

RADAR INDICATES OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 600 AM EST
OVER CENTRAL DECATUR COUNTY. THE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
THROUGH AT LEAST 1000 AM...GIVING OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN THIS
MORNING.

SOME LOW LYING ROADS ARE LIKELY FLOODED DUE TO THIS HEAVY RAINFALL.
