* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SEYMOUR

* UNTIL 715 AM EST

* AT 418 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER BROWNSTOWN...OR ABOUT 11 MILES WEST OF SEYMOUR...MOVING
  WEST AT 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
