OWEN COUNTY IN KENTUCKY... * UNTIL 1000 PM EDT... * THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHERN OWEN COUNTY THROUGH 930 PM. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS THIS AREA SINCE 5 PM. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 930 PM. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE...
