  CHASE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 254 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 17 MILES SOUTH OF
  MARION...OR 4 MILES WEST OF BURNS...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THIS
  STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
