  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 18 MILES EAST OF
  COFFEYVILLE...OR 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF EDNA...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.
  THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
