* AT 412 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 4 MILES WEST OF PARSONS...
  OR 8 MILES SOUTH OF GALESBURG...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM
  COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
