THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LEAGUE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAMBERS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS
  EASTERN GALVESTON COUNTY...BOLIVER PENINSULA...IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 700 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER 
MOST OF BOLIVER PENINSULA EXTENDING NORTH OVER MUCH OF CHAMBERS 
COUNTY. RADAR WAS INDICATING RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER 
HOUR WITH 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS.

* FLOODING IS POSSIBLE OVER BOLIVER PENINSULA ALONG HIGHWAY 87 AND 
IN CHAMBERS COUNTY ALONG HIGHWAY 124.
