* AT 738 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
CONTINUING OVER EASTERN FORT BEND COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 
INCHES PER HOUR WILL CONTINUE. ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 4 INCHES HAS 
ALREADY FALLEN.
