  NORTHWESTERN KIMBALL COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA   
  THIS WARNING DOES NOT INCLUDES THE CITY OF KIMBALL AT THIS TIME

* UNTIL 100 PM MDT

* AT 1222 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  KIMBALL MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
