  SOUTHWESTERN BANNER COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 1215 PM MDT

* AT 1156 AM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO MOVING INTO SOUTHWEST
  BANNER COUNTY..ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HARRISBURG.  THE SEVERE
  STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH.
