SOUTHEASTERN BEE COUNTY IN TEXAS NORTHERN JIM WELLS COUNTY IN TEXAS SOUTHEASTERN LIVE OAK COUNTY IN TEXAS WESTERN REFUGIO COUNTY IN TEXAS NORTHWESTERN SAN PATRICIO COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 545 PM CST * AT 243 PM CST...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED STREET FLOODING ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 534 NEAR LAGARTO.
