  ERIE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT

* AT 205 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
MOVING ACROSS MUCH OF ERIE COUNTY.  SOME OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS
MAY PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER 1 INCH PER HOUR.  THIS RAIN
WILL FALL OVER AREAS WITH SATURATED GROUND...AND FLOODING IS LIKELY.

LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
