THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 415 PM EDT

* AT 1205 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA.  THESE STORMS WILL MOVE OVER AREAS THAT ARE
ALREADY SATURATED. RAINFALL RATES EXCEEDING AN INCH AN HOUR ARE 
POSSIBLE AND ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS LIKELY.  

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  MEADVILLE
  TITUSVILLE
  COCHRANTON

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
