THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TATTNALL COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...

* UNTIL 1045 PM EDT

* AT 848 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADER INDICTATED TWO AND A HALF TO THREE
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER GLENNVILLE AREA SOUTHWEST TO FIVE
  POINTS. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING HAS CAUSED 
  THE INTERSECTION OF ROUTES 301 AND 23 TO BE BARRACADED. THE 
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THE FLOODING ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 
  MPH. ADDITIONAL RAIN IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE AREA WITH ANOTHER
  ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN EXPECTED.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL OCCUR IN AND AROUND...
