THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BULLOCH COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...

* UNTIL 1045 PM EDT

* AT 844 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADER INDICATED HEAVY RAIN IN THE AREA     
  SOUTH OF DENMARK WHERE TWO TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS    
  ALREADY FALLEN. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED ONE LANE OF THE 
  ROAD WAS BLOCKED BY WATER AT THE INTERSECTION OF ROUTES 67 AND 46. 
  THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THE FLOODING ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 
  MPH. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE EXPECTED OVER THIS AREA WITH ANOTHER    
  INCH OF PRECIPITATION POSSIBLE THROUGH THE NEXT HOUR.

HEAVY RAINS HAVE DIMINISHED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY
AND THE WARNING HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. STANDING WATER ON ROADS
ON LOW LYING AREAS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
